The Ans. is (D).

Total no. of possible events are 5C3 * !3 = 60.

The total no. of events (Couple can be together) to be eliminated are 4*!2*3 = 24.
[Couple can be seated together in 4 ways in a row, And they cen be arranged among in !2 ways and the Single person can be seated anywhere in the rermaining 3 Seats]

So no. of events remaining are = 60-24 = 36.

So the probobility is = 36/60 = 3/5.
